Safety Tips

The basics

MyPeepsters is for members 16 and up.
Never share your password with anyone, including someone claiming to be MyPeepsters staff.
Be cautious with anyone who asks for money, gift cards, or personal/financial information.
Think twice before sharing your exact location, school, or workplace publicly.
If you meet someone from here in person, meet in a public place and tell a friend where you're going.

Tools you already have

Privacy settings	On Edit My Profile, control who can view your profile, comment on your wall, and send you messages — everyone, or friends only.
Block User	On any profile's contact box. Blocking hides you from each other completely — no messages, no comments, and neither of you shows up on the other's Browse/Search results. Manage who you've blocked (and undo it) on Blocked Users.
Delete a comment	You can delete any comment on your own wall, for any reason, at any time.

How to report something

Every profile, comment, photo, and message has a Report link right next to it. Reporting sends it straight to our admin moderation queue — you don't need to contact anyone separately.

When you report something, tell us why in a sentence or two if you can — it helps an admin act on it faster. An admin will review it and can remove the content, or suspend or ban the account behind it.

Reporting is not the same as blocking — report something that violates the rules so an admin can act on it; block someone you personally don't want contact with, for any reason. You can do both at once.
